POLICIES & PROCEDURES
When scheduling an appointment, please call 503.890.6631. This is the only way to schedule unless you are in the salon.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please allow at least 24 hour notice. If it is within 24 hours or less you will incur a $25 dollar rescheduling/no show fee.

You may pay by cash, check, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. There is a 3% service fee for using credit card.

After fifteen minutes into a scheduled appointment, if you have not arrived, it is considered a no show, and will need to be rescheduled for a more convenient time.

All services are designed to the closest human perfection as possible, if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your service, please call within 2 weeks to schedule a “redo.” You will not incur a fee for this if it is within 2 weeks of your service.
